About the Showcase

The Golu Showcase 2025 is a cultural initiative by Sathya Tamil Calendar app to encourage users to share photos of their Navaratri Golu.
-
This is not a contest. There are no winners, rankings, or guaranteed prizes.

Eligibility
-
Open to all users of Sathya Tamil Calendar app aged 18 years or above.
-
Each participant may submit one (1) or more Golu entries as allowed in the app.

Submission Rules
-
Only original Golu photos taken by the participant are accepted.
-
Entries must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.
-
If found offensive, inappropriate or copyrighted, the entries will be removed immediately and further action including legal actions may be pursued against the user who uploaded.

File format: JPG/PNG. Maximum size: 10 MB per entry.

Use of Entries
-
By submitting, the participant gives Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. (owner of Sathya tamil calendar app) exclusive license to use their photo in the in-app gallery, on social media, and in marketing materials related to the Showcase.

The participant retains full ownership of their content.

Recognition
-
Selected entries may be highlighted as “Featured Golus.”
-
As a token of appreciation, [App Name] may make a temple donation in the participant’s name.
-
No cash or alternative compensation will be provided.
-

Privacy
-
Participant information (such as name, photo, caption, contact details) will be collected for communication and recognition purposes only, in line with Sathya Tamil Calendar app’s Privacy Policy.

Disqualification
-
Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to remove or reject any entry found to be fraudulent, offensive, plagiarized, or in violation of these terms.

Liability
-
Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or damages arising from participation. Participants are solely responsible for the content they upload.

Changes & Cancellation

Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event i.e. Showcase at any time without notice.

Governing Law
-
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts in Chennai.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

கோலு காட்சி 2025 என்பது Sathya Tamil Calendar app-ன் owner Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. நடத்தும் கலாச்சார முயற்சி. பயனர்கள் தங்கள் நவராத்திரி கோலு புகைப்படங்களை பகிரலாம்.

இது போட்டி அல்ல. இதில் வெற்றி/தோல்வி அல்லது பணப் பரிசு எதுவும் இல்லை.

தகுதி
-
Sathya Tamil Calendar app பயன்பாட்டை பயன்படுத்தும், 18 வயதுக்கு மேற்பட்ட அனைவருக்கும் திறந்திருக்கும்.

ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு (அ) ஒன்றுக்கு மேற்பட்ட புகைப்படங்களை சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.

சமர்ப்பிப்பு விதிகள்
-
பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் எடுத்த சொந்த கோலு புகைப்படங்களே ஏற்கப்படும்.

தவறான, தரக்குறைவான, அல்லது பதிப்புரிமை கொண்ட உள்ளடக்கம் அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.

JPG/PNG கோப்புகள் மட்டும். அதிகபட்ச அளவு: 10 MB.

பயன்பாடு
-
புகைப்படம் சமர்ப்பிக்கும்போது, Sathya Tamil Calendar app-க்கு அதனை in-app காட்சியகம், சமூக வலைதளம், விளம்பரங்களில் பயன்படுத்த உரிமை வழங்கப்படுகின்றது.

உரிமையாளர் பங்கேற்பாளரே.

அங்கீகாரம்

தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட புகைப்படங்கள் “வார சிறப்பு கோலு” என காட்டப்படலாம்.

நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் வகையில், Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. பங்கேற்பாளரின் பெயரில் கோயிலுக்கு காணிக்கை செலுத்தலாம்.

பணம் அல்லது மாற்றுப் பரிசு வழங்கப்படாது.

தனியுரிமை
-
பங்கேற்பாளரின் தகவல்கள் (பெயர், புகைப்படம், விளக்கம், தொடர்பு) Showcase தொடர்பான தகவல்களுக்காக மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.

தகுதி நீக்கம்
-
தவறான/பிறரின் படைப்புகளை பயன்படுத்திய/தரக்குறைவான பதிவுகள் நீக்கப்படும்.

பொறுப்பு
-
Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. எந்தவொரு தொழில்நுட்ப கோளாறுகளுக்கும் அல்லது சேதங்களுக்கும் பொறுப்பாகாது.

மாற்றங்கள்
-
Syllable Labs Pvt. Ltd. Showcase-ஐ எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் மாற்ற, நிறுத்த உரிமை கொண்டுள்ளது.

சட்டம்
-
இந்நிபந்தனைகள் இந்தியச் சட்டங்களின்படி செயல்படும். அனைத்து விவகாரங்களும் [City] நீதிமன்றத்தில் தீர்க்கப்படும்.
